When a customer calls on your virtual number, call routes wherein the customer choose from a predefined set of option such as “Press 1 for Sales, Press 2 for Technical Support, Press 3 for HR, Press 4 any other department. The call is then routed to the corresponding agent/department. If the none of your agents answers the call, it will automatically be sent to a voicemail.
